First off, I would like to commend the company for their patience and perseverance in being on a journey with us for a long 9 months in finding our beautiful home. We had a budget yet had many things on our "Must Have" list. Many other Real Estate Agents would have probably gotten tired of seeking and viewing home after home for several months. However, this team was determined to find us the right home. Not only did we find the right home but we also were able to purchase our new home for a great price!

Great overall experience especially since we were first-time home buyers. Michael and his team were amazing with their knowledge of the area, professional attitude (they were very patient with us, especially as first-time buyers), their responsiveness (we usually got a response within 5 - 10 minutes of a text message), and negotiating skills (our house appraised for $5,000 more than what we opened escrow for so we saved money from the start). Michael has a great team working for him. His associate, Armando, was great at making sure we were constantly updated on any properties available in our area of interest and their support team (Rosie and Dana) were great at responding whenever neither were available. We met with a few different agents throughout the process but Michael's team really did stand out. They were never dishonest or misleading with any information which put our minds at ease.
