Michael understood our position with our house. He listed the house and got responses right away. We then were able to pick between 3 bids that were offered for the house. Let the potential buyer we accepted their bid. Went through the waiting period with our bank and 3 months later received the approval to proceed with the closing of escrow. Lastly, 2-3 weeks later escrow was able to close earlier than expected. Michael was overall professional from beginning to end of selling our house.
